Litsa Menounos was Maria's Mother aged 61, was diagnosed with GBM which is a difficult treatment, cancerous, and invasive type of cancer that affects the brain. Menounos took an active part in taking care of her mother, who was undergoing radiation and chemotherapy. Mariah Carey has been an American actor, singer as well as producer and owner of a record label from the early 1980s onward. Guinness World Records has dubbed her "The Songbird Supreme". She is noted for the songwriting she does, the five-octave singing range and the use of the whistle.
